2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to own and operate only one (1) active Unang88 account at any given time. This means one account per name, one email address, one phone number, and one primary device. Registering more than one account is a direct violation of Unang88's terms and will result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• Cancellation of all balances, winnings, and bonuses held in those accounts.
• You may be permanently banned from re-registering on the Unang88 Platform in the future.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during Unang88 registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Unang88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of your account.

All financial transactions on the unang88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. unang88 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

3.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a bank account bearing the same name as your unang88 account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers.
• Unang88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active dispute or ongoing investigation on your account.

• Unang88 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all casino games and slots to ensure true fairness and randomness.
• Unang88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, odds display error, or unexpected system disruption.
• Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds, unintended price boosts, or technical errors are void and will not be paid out by unang88.
• For Sports Betting, results are final based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sporting body. Unang88 is not responsible for any discrepancies with external news sources.
• Any attempt to exploit loopholes in the betting system, use automated bots, betting assistance software, or any method deemed fraudulent by Unang88 is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Betting Limits

Unang88 sets minimum and maximum betting limits across all products. These limits may vary depending on the game type, market, and the player's account status. Unang88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts at any time based on internal risk assessment, without being required to provide a reason.

5.2 Voided Bets

Unang88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet without being required to provide a reason, including but not limited to situations where there are indications of match-fixing, insider information, or any conduct deemed unfair to the platform.

The security of your Unang88 account is a shared responsibility between you and Unang88. This section outlines the obligations of each party.

3. Final Review: unang88's final decision after both stages above is conclusive and binding. unang88's transaction records and system logs will serve as definitive evidence in any dispute.

All disputes must be filed within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered by unang88.

Unang88 provides its betting and casino entertainment platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Unang88 makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times.
• Unang88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, internet connectivity disruptions, or user device issues.
• Unang88 is not liable for failed deposits or withdrawals caused by banks, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
